— 01Introduction

Welcome to wavvve (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), accessible at wavvveglobal.com (the “Service”). By using the Service or purchasing any wavvve product, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not access the Service or place an order.

— 02Eligibility & age

The Service and all wavvve products are intended strictly for adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). By placing an order or creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

— 03Communications

By creating an account or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive transactional emails, including order confirmations, shipping updates, and returns, and, if you opt in, marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by writing to wavvve.limited@gmail.com. Transactional emails related to active orders cannot be unsubscribed.

— 04Orders & pricing

To place an order, you may be asked to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. You represent that the payment method is yours, and that the information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

We make every effort to display product information, dimensions, materials, and pricing accurately. Photographs are representative; actual color and finish may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and manufacturing tolerance. In the rare event of a typographical or pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the listing and, if necessary, cancel orders placed at the incorrect price with a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion—including cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, geographic restrictions, stock unavailability, suspected resale, underage purchase, or apparent error in product or pricing information.

— 05Shipping & returns

Shipping, delivery windows, customs, returns, refunds, and damaged-on-arrival policies are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

— 06Limited two-year warranty

Coverage period. wavvve warrants that a new wavvve product purchased from wavvveglobal.com or an authorized wavvve seller will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for two years from the date of delivery.

Who is covered. This limited warranty applies to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. Valid proof of purchase is required.

What is covered. Subject to the exclusions below, covered defects may include functional failure of the motor, controls, charging system, heating function, or other built-in electronic components, as well as material or structural defects that arise during normal use in accordance with the product instructions and our Care Guide.

What is not covered. This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, ordinary battery-capacity reduction, or cosmetic changes that do not affect function
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper cleaning or storage, or use contrary to product instructions
• Water or liquid damage where the product was used beyond its stated water-resistance rating
• Damage caused by incompatible chargers, accessories, lubricants, or cleaning products
• Products that have been modified, opened, or repaired by an unauthorized person
• Loss, theft, or products purchased from an unauthorized seller

How to make a claim. Contact wavvve.limited@gmail.com within the warranty period and provide your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any photos or video reasonably requested to assess the claim. For hygiene and safety reasons, do not send a product to us unless we first provide return instructions.

Available remedy. If we confirm a covered defect, wavvve will, at its option, repair the product or replace it with the same or a reasonably comparable product. If neither remedy is reasonably available, we may provide store credit or refund the original purchase price. For an approved claim, wavvve will cover reasonable standard shipping required to provide the remedy, subject to availability and applicable law. A repaired or replacement product remains covered for the longer of the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from delivery of the repaired or replacement product.

This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict, or modify, any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

— 07Product use & safety

wavvve products are intended for adult intimate use by the original purchaser only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional if you experience irritation, allergic reaction, or discomfort. You assume full responsibility for safe and lawful use.

— 08Accounts & prohibited uses

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed.

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates applicable national or international law or regulation
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to harm minors in any way
• To transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or chain letters
• To impersonate the Company, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits another user’s enjoyment of the Service
• To use any automated tool, bot, or scraper to access the Service without our express written permission
• To introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code
• To attempt unauthorized access to, or interference with, any portion of the Service

— 09Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, excluding content provided by users, features, design, branding, including the wavvve name, logo, color system, typography, and series naming “One / Flow / Deep / Edge”, product photography, copy, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of wavvve and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the relevant jurisdictions. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. wavvve products may not be resold, listed, or distributed on third-party marketplaces without our express written authorization.

— 10User content & feedback

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Service. You retain ownership of your underlying content, and you are solely responsible for what you submit. You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or that violates the rights of any third party.

For any feedback, error reports, or improvement suggestions you send us, you assign to us all rights in such feedback. We may use it freely without obligation of confidentiality or attribution.

— 11Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Except for the express limited warranty in Section 6 and any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wavvve disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall wavvve, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any wavvve product. In any case where liability is established under applicable law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any liability, consumer guarantee, statutory right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

— 12Termination & governing law

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason—including a breach of these Terms. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, accrued rights and obligations, warranty limitations, limitations of liability, and governing law—shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China, where wavvve’s parent entity, HK WAVVVE Limited, is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, China.

— 13General

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
