Two-Year
Limited Warranty.
Every new wavvve product purchased from wavvveglobal.com or an authorized wavvve retailer is covered for two years from delivery.
Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Issues that occur during normal, intended use
- New products from wavvveglobal.com or an authorized wavvve retailer
Not covered
- Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Lost or stolen products
- Damage from incompatible chargers, lubricants, or cleaning products
How to make a claim.
Email support@wavvveglobal.com with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or video if requested. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Do not send a product back before receiving written return instructions. If a return is required, wavvve will provide a prepaid return label or written reimbursement instructions before shipping. Do not pay international return shipping or customs charges unless we authorize them in writing.
Resolution.
For approved claims, wavvve may repair or replace the product. If neither is available, we may provide store credit or a refund. Any replacement remains covered for the longer of the original warranty period or 90 days.
This warranty does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
