Returns policy.

For reasons of intimate hygiene, returns are accepted only when the product remains unopened,
unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Once it's opened, it's yours to keep.

The short version.

Because every wavvve piece is designed for skin contact, returns and exchanges are limited to items that are still factory-sealed and visibly unopened. Once the seal is broken — for any reason — the piece becomes yours, and we cannot accept it back into circulation.

Eligible unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as the original seal is intact.

Pairing Edit orders.

For Pairing Edit orders, each two eligible items form a pair, and the lower-priced item receives 50% off. An unpaired eligible item remains at full price. This offer cannot be combined with the first-order welcome offer or another promotion unless stated at checkout. Shipping thresholds and taxes are calculated from the discounted order value.

If you return one item from a paired order, we recalculate the offer using the item you keep. Any discount no longer supported by the items kept is deducted from the refund. If you return both items, we refund the amount actually paid for both items after eligibility checks.

Once the seal is broken, the piece is yours. Hygiene before convenience — always.

Item is unopened with original factory seal intact
Outer pouch and inner box are unmarked, unbent
All accessories, including cable, manual, and pouch, are present
Return requested within 30 days of delivery
You hold the original order confirmation

Not eligible

Seal broken — even if the piece was never used
Pouch or box opened, taped, or damaged
Item used, charged, or removed from sealed packaging
Request submitted after 30 days of delivery
Items marked "Final sale" or part of a clearance batch

Email us first.

Send your order number and the reason to support@wavvveglobal.com. Don't ship anything yet — we'll confirm eligibility and send the return address within one business day.

Pack & send

Original packaging.

Place the sealed item back in its original outer carton with all accessories. Use a tracked shipping service — you cover return shipping unless the item arrived faulty.

Refund

Refunded in 7 days.

Once we receive and verify the seal is intact, your refund is processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation.

Damaged or faulty on arrival.

If your wavvve arrives visibly damaged or fails to power on within the first use, this is a different process — and a much faster one.

Include your order number and 2–3 photos of the issue
We'll ship a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original first

Exchanges.

For exchanges, such as a different color or different model, the same rule applies: the item being returned must be unopened. We'll process the exchange the moment your sealed return arrives at our warehouse — no need to wait for a refund cycle.
