Customs, taxes, duties.
For most regions, duties and taxes are pre-paid by us — no additional fees on delivery. For a small number of countries with stricter import rules, your local courier may collect duties on delivery; if this applies to your destination, you will be notified at checkout.
Address changes.
If you need to change your shipping address, write to us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, changes may no longer be possible because fulfillment may already be underway.
